Based on an original character design, this stylised fantasy character was sculpted from scratch in ZBrush.
I focused on creating a dynamic pose (subtle contrapposto) and adding a sense of flow to the model by sculpting the clothing and hair in a way that follows the general movement of the figure.
I used ZBrush's ZRemesher and UV Master features for retopology and UVs, with manual cleanup in Blender where necessary. Texturing was done using Substance 3D Painter and Blender, combining hand-painted textures and procedural materials.
Final rendering was done using Blender Cycles, and composited in After Effects.
